You just enter the data and the program will automatically calculate Miles per Gallon, litres per 100 kms, kms per litre and cost per day.
This sample is limited to two vehicles only, but it will give you a great overview of what Microsoft Access is capable of.

Maori Trust Board Beneficiaries Management System

This database was developed at the request of, and in consultation with, the Whakatohea Maori Trust Board in Opotiki. Following development, it was decided to licence the product, thereby reducing the costs of purchase and enabling other Trust Boards to benefit from this development.
We believe this is an effective and efficient method of recording, storing and reporting on beneficiary members of any Maori Trust Board operating in New Zealand.
The trial version attached is already loaded with sample records and is limited to a total of 50 records. No such limitations exist with a normal version of this database which can easily handle 500,000 records or more!
